**APPOINTMENT BOOKING POLICY** Thank you for choosing Burgeon FixMyiPhonesa. 1. **Booking Confirmation** All appointments must be confirmed with a **deposit or full payment**, depending on the service. No bookings are secured without payment. 2. **Payment Terms** * Full payment may be required before or upon completion of the service * Devices will only be released once full payment has been received * No cash on delivery 3. **Cancellations** * Deposits are **non-refundable** * Cancellations must be made at least **24–48 hours before the appointment** * Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit 4. **Rescheduling** * Clients may reschedule with **at least 24–48 hours notice** * Rescheduling is subject to availability 5. **Late Arrival** * Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled * Excessive delays may result in cancellation 6. **No-Show Policy** * Failure to attend without notice will result in **forfeiture of deposit** 7. **Repair Risk Disclaimer** * While we handle all devices with care, some repairs carry risks (especially screen, back glass, and water-damaged devices) * Burgeon FixMyiPhonesa is not responsible for pre-existing faults or hidden damage discovered during repair 8. **Warranty Policy** * Warranty applies only to parts replaced (where applicable) * Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or tampering after repair 9. **House Call Services** * Additional fees apply depending on location * Full or partial payment may be required before dispatch 10. **Liability** * Customers are responsible for backing up their data before repairs * We are not liable for any data loss during repair By booking with us, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
